Return

There is a 14-day full right of return for goods purchased at aloopdesign.com. The period starts from the day you receive your order.

The right of return only applies if the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. Aloop is entitled to additional fees if the return does not meet these criteria.

In addition, if an item is defective or damaged upon receipt, Aloop must be contacted within 14 days to obtain information about compensation / replacement.

Aloop has the right to refuse any returns made after this time frame.

Please return the product in original packaging and in unused and faultless condition.

Aloop reserves the right to decline the purchase price when returning a used/failed product. If Aloop assesses that the product shows signs of use or definite scratches, as a result of poor handling or poor packaging by the sender, Aloop can refuse to offer a refund at any time.

Please enclose a note with your order number so that we can identify your order upon receipt and refund your order.

NOTE: Aloop does not cover return costs. Aloop is not responsible for the item until it is received. We therefore recommend that you send the goods with a receipt and insurance.
